Summary and Training

Summary of the most relevant data in a “dashboard” that allows easy tracking of main KPIs of the areas to analyse: business, finance, and Research & Development.

 

Subsequently, the Grownnectia team will take care of the training of an internal resource to the startup that understands the data and acquire the necessary tools to implement continuous data collection.

Reporting and active management of investor members

Drafting of the report to be sent periodically to investor members and top management for internal use.

 

If necessary, a filtering and management action is included in this phase, along with requests for further information and clarification of the data resulting in the report.
